A Note from the Chef

My culinary journey began as a young adult in Montreal, walking through the legendary Atwater Market. Stalls of fresh produce, locally foraged mushrooms, and traditional Quebecois delicacies lined the walls. I was hooked.

Eager to explore the world (and taste all I could), I decided to study cooking at Le Cordon Bleu in Wellington, New Zealand. Since then, I’ve worked in Michelin and James Beard Award winning kitchens, where I’ve honed my craft and learned as many techniques as possible.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to work in Fiji, Vancouver, New York, and Charleston, the city I now call home. The Lowcountry’s unique culinary landscape has so much to offer, from fresh seafood to heirloom grains and vibrant local produce.

I look forward to sharing my passion for cooking with you.

Sources Matter

In Charleston, we’re spoiled by access to some incredible ingredients. Here are a few of the farms and purveyors we love working with.
